What the judges will be looking for are pictures that in their opinion are humorous, funny, but must be related to the carnival. i.e funny costumes, eating ice scream, etc.
And as last year Spirit of the Carnival, what the judges will be looking for are pictures that in their opinion
represent and portray the‘Spirit of the Carnival’
